Energy Risks Insurance

Energy risks mean the insurance of development and production in oil and gas fields.

This class of insurance covers the followings:

А) Bringing well under control
Б) Redrilling works
В) Additional expenses

Insurance coverage excludes the followings:

• Any penalties and sanctions according to the laws of any state or governmental body, or its organ and structure;
  

• Any punishment and/or penalty application damages including damages arising from the result of increasing compansation related damages;
  

• All directly or indirectly croping up solicitations of any case as a result of completely or partially causing terms and rules according to contract.
  

• Losses, damages and/or expenses arising from the followings:

  nuclear reaction and/or any military weapons basing on radioactive power during peace and war period;
  
  revolt, rebel, revolution, civil war, power seizeing and/or governmental prevention abovementioned national movement and/or conducted defensive works, quarantine and/or confiscation or destruction corresponding to customs directions, confiscation with the instructions of government or local authorities and/or contrabandism or illegal transportation and trade.
